Biceps Tendon Tear — Deadlift

I needed a token deadlift to win the Oxford-Cambridge powerlifting varsity. Instead I ruptured my distal biceps tendon on the opener. (Then I took a second attempt and locked it out for the win, torn biceps and all.)
